Sam Zaharis – Board Member
Sam Zaharis is an Executive Vice President at Pegasus Blue Star

Mr. Zaharis worked for 18 months at Kroll Inc. in London, the world's leading
risk consulting company, where he focused on international forensic accounting
and valuation engagements.
Prior to Kroll, Mr. Zaharis worked for four years at Ernst &
Young in their Melbourne, Australia practice and at Ferrier Hodgson in
Melbourne for a additional four years and where he specialized in business
services, financial restructuring and re-engineering assignments.
