Keith
Marks –VP Strategy and Development; Board Member
Keith has spent the
last 25+ years in the IT industry holding a range of positions from R&D
product development to President of a pioneering IT Technology Company. He
created a vision for a secure eBusiness Internet ASP product line for the
Physician community.
Keith has served as
President/CEO of Open Systems Integrators/P-Med.com for the past 10 years.
During that time Keith spearheaded the development of KeyWest Underwriting and
Claims Systems, P-Med.com, and associated products, which are all pioneering HIPAA
compliant web-based applications. Keith brings more than 10 years of experience
developing and marketing products in the healthcare and insurance markets.
Keith previously
served as Director of Technology for General American Life Insurance where he managed
groups that researched new networking and database management systems.
Keith also held the
title of Director of Operating Systems and Network Systems at Wang
Laboratories. During this time, Keith created the R&D support group while
managing Wang Labs regional support center.
