Darren Chaffee – Board Member
Darren Chaffee, Vice President at Pegasus Blue Star Fund (www.pegasusbluestarfund.com), oversees the evaluation and execution of transactions and
manages the performance and strategy of certain portfolio companies. Prior to
joining Pegasus Blue Star Fund in 2006, he worked as a Senior Associate at
Platinum Equity, a private equity firm located in Beverly Hills, CA. Previously
he worked in Deloitte's Mergers and Acquisitions Services group in New York
where he performed private equity due diligence. He is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
Mr. Chaffee earned a Master of Accounting from the University of
Southern California's Marshall School of Business and graduated with
distinctions from Occidental College with an A.B. in Economics and Diplomacy
& World Affairs.
